Steps to Avoid Accidents

Steps to Avoid Accidents

The article that I read is about how Katie Hafner gives her advice on how to avoid accidents. Many people across the world continue to hurt themselves that could lead to serious injuries. Being careful will not prevent you from falling. Experts who have studied falls wish that people would take care of themselves as much as they do against heart disease or viral infections. Judy A Stevens, an epidemiologist at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention stressed about the important of exercise. She said, “ If you’re in better physical conditions, you’re less likely to be injured.” Doing regular exercises classes can help reduce the risk of an accident resulting in an injury. For example, simple exercises like standing on one foot or working with Bosu balls. In conclusion, experts would like to spread the idea of exercising, which could help reduce the risks of injuries.

This article is a good example of well written work. I believe that this article doesn’t need any improvements. It provides the perfect amount of information to help you understand the topic. After reading this article, I had a very good understanding of what the writer was trying to say.

One thing that I found interesting about this article is that how simple the topic is. Before I read this article I thought to myself that this was a useless article and that I already know what the article is going to say. But once I started reading, I was really surprised about how a topic like this has so much information that I didn’t know about. Overall, I found this topic very interesting to read about.

  1. I read Ava’s review of the article titled “Steps to Avoid An Accident.” I thought that Ava did a good job of reviewing this article, and there were three things that really stood out to me when reading her review. I thought that it was interesting that this was a topic that we can learn from. I learned a lot from this article on how to improve my own health, and I thought that this was interesting. It stood out to me how Ava was able to work facts into her summary of the article. I was able to learn facts while reading her review of the article, and I found this helpful. I thought that it was interesting how Ava organized her information into paragraphs, which made her review and summary easy to comprehend. Although her article review had many good points, I thought that there were two things that could be made better about her review. I thought that it would helpful to make her review longer. I also think that it would have been helpful for Ava to include more details. This would have made the article review a lot more interesting and fun to read. Although there were things that could have been improved in Ava’s review, I think that I ended up learning a lot from her article review. I learned that exercising can help injury prevention, which is something that I did not know before. Now that I know this fact, I will keep it in mind when exercising. I learned about the different types of exercising you can practice to prevent injury, and I will definitely try those out. Overall, I learned a lot from Ava’s article review, and found it very interesting.
